Your training, with a memory

#gymbro

Log every set. See what is actually improving. Let a Personal Trainer turn your history, goals and recovery into a clear plan for the next session.

  • Built for iOS and Android
  • Account optional
  • Six languages

Less guessing. Better sessions. Progress you can actually explain.

Built around the workout

Everything useful. Nothing between you and the next set.

The app starts simple and gets smarter as your logbook grows. It remembers the details that change how a session feels, without turning gym time into admin time.

01

Log the real set

Record every set separately, including weight, reps and how the final rep felt. Failed on set four? That belongs in the story too.

02

Adapt, never force

Workouts start from your previous performance. Progression suggestions are cautious and optional, because you remain in control.

03

See the whole picture

Strength sessions, runs, body weight and composition all live together, with clear comparisons and volume split across trained muscle groups.

The feature at the center

A Personal Trainer that knows what you actually did.

Your goal, experience, training frequency and personal context shape every analysis. The trainer reviews recent gym sessions, running and body progress, then delivers focused advice and a program you can start like any other workout.

  • Written analysis with practical nutrition guidance
  • A personal program using exercises you already know
  • Push notification when a fresh analysis is ready
  • New recommendations after your latest training has settled

Programs that move with you

Walk in with a plan. Change the order when the gym gets busy.

Start with a complete Full Body, Upper Body, Lower Body, Core or Home Training program. Exercises stay collapsed until you need them, completed work moves out of the way and the order you trained is preserved.

Add another exercise at any time. Assisted, bodyweight, machine, cable, dumbbell and barbell movements are standardized so progress remains comparable.

Progress without the fog

Total volume first. The useful details one tap deeper.

Compare the last session and the current week with what came before. Follow total volume over time, then see how each exercise distributes work across its muscle groups.

Dark, fast and built for one-handed gym use.

One app, two moods

#gymbro is a vibe, not a gate.

Blue or pink changes the attitude, not the features. Choose once during onboarding, switch later in Settings, or use the buttons here just because it is fun.

Practical by design

It still works when you do not want an account.

Start offline and keep everything on your device. Create an account when you want cloud backup, multi-device sync and the Personal Trainer. The basics never sit behind a login screen.

Good questions

The short version.

Do I need an account?

No. Training logs, programs, measurements and runs can stay local. An account adds backups, multi-device sync and access to the Personal Trainer.

Are #gymbro and #fitgirl different apps?

They are two styles of the same app. Every training feature is identical, and you can change the style later without affecting your data.

Does the app increase my weights automatically?

No. It uses your previous sessions to make cautious suggestions. You decide whether the weight or rep target makes sense for the equipment and how you feel that day.

What does the Personal Trainer use?

Your recent sessions, exercise order, last-rep feedback, goal, experience, preferred frequency, personal context, running and available body measurements.

Can I track running too?

Yes. Add distance, time, heart rate and notes to the same logbook. Monthly distance, duration and pace are compared with the previous month.

Train. Log. Learn. Repeat.

Your next session should know what happened in the last one.
